It has been over a year now and we still have people telling us how fantastic the food was. You prepared such a great mix of comfort and gourmet foods - it was fantastic and everything we imagined. You were so great to work with too. I felt so comfortable meeting and discussing our ideas over the phone. A wedding is so personal, but so much work and you definitely helped to alleviate the stress level by taking on a lot of the coordinating responsibilities. "If you have never tried Southern Hospitality, you haven't eaten!!! He catered a brunch for me yesterday and EVERYONE loved the food. I tried to take credit but Craig was there to help out and I just couldn't lie. LOL Thank you for a wonderful meal, true southern hospitality, and allowing me to spend time with my guests (since I didn't do anything but open the door and welcome my guests.) It was wonderful. People stayed into the evening and I loved it!!!"
